    Default TSA Question

My granddaughter (Age 2) and I are leaving tomorrow morning. I checked us in for our flight this morning. I got TSA Pre but she did not. Does anyone know if it would be ok for me to bring her in the pre check line with me or should I just go in the regular line. Thanks!

Normally you are allowed in the TSA Pre Check line with your children ages 12 and under. In your case, since it is your grandchild, I would ask. Don't think it should be a problem though.

It shouldn't be an issue. Small children are typically allowed in the TSA-Pre line along with their parents/guardians.

Every airport is a bit different, but most will have a TSA agent at the entrance to the TSA-Pre line and they verify that your boarding pass says TSA-Pre prior to allowing you in the line. At that point in time, they'll let you know if you both can go through the TSA-Pre line or if you'll need to go through the regular line.
