    Default Magic band issue for the SECOND time

    Well, I have a lot of unused tickets...and last June they told me to watch that they take the ten day EXPIRING ticket and NOT my partially used 10 day non-expiring ticket.. Well i did check and oh yea, they said they used the right ticket...but NO the second day, the international gateway people identified the mistake. 90 minutes with guest services finally rectified the mistake and since they can't give you day back, issues an two day pass to my account. Get home and realize it's not a non expiring two day...more phone calls and it's fixed. Apparently hard to add a non expiring pass to a two day complimentary ticket.

    On Thursday we stopped at EPCOT to pick up our DVC annual passes. She carefully explained that this ticket would expire in 365 days. What she didnt do was put the AP in first potion to be used. So, yes again they started using my non-expiring pass . Luckily AGAIN an international gateway employee caught it. Another 90 minutes with guest relations who at first had no clue how to fix...20 more minutes a supervisor credited my account with two one day park hopper passes.

    Really, I can't be the only people with multiple passes. Why can't disney allow US to rank out tickets to be used properly. So, between two trips I have lost at least a half a day of park time on this issue.

    Not sure if this will work for you but this is what we did. If you go into your MDE account, under Magic Bands and cards, you should see all your tickets listed. Click on each ticket and it will give you the option to make it inactive. Leave only the one you want to use checked. Keep in mind we did this when the systems was just changing over so I'm not 100% sure it still works.

    Nope, you're not the inky one!!! We have so many different tickets I myself have trouble sometimes keeping them straight!! DH has military tickets when he goes bc he usually only goes for a partial trips. Kids have had military tickets and now DS1 is considered an adult so we had to deal with that issue last trip (trip one to guest relations). Then I had an AP that hadn't expired yet, plus a couple days on a partial non expiring ticket and then I had a military ticket.....with three separate trips to guest relations and nothing even offered to us except a FP for the kids to TSMM on day I was at guest services at DHS for three hours (yeah, we even called a special team to help fix that....ever hear of "The Avengers". Well I met them.....it wasn't pretty....point is, I had everything straight until we started inviting family to join our trip plan on. DE then everyone's tickets were issued it different people! Talk about a GLITCH?!?! Had taken screen shots with my phone before everything got messed up, so when they tried t,o blame me.....I showed them!!!
