Attractions open during MVMCP

I'll be in the World in early December. I've got a ticket to the Christmas Party on 12/9/14 and I'm planning on this being my only visit to MK during my 4 day stay. Does anyone know for sure if the Mine Train ride will be running during the Christmas Party? I know it could be shut down due to weather but I can't imagine why they would not have it otherwise open. I was on another site and the Mine Train was not listed with the "Rides that will be open" during the party. Sure hope that's wrong. Thoughts?

Yes it will be open. and you may get a special appearance of the dwarfs.
