Magic Kingdom Hub Construction

I have been reading about construction around the front hub area of the MK Castle. Is this going on now? What does it look like? We are going in early Aug and were wondering if there will be any construction walls around when we arrive.

Look like: a construction zone

Construction walls: most certainly, up until the project is completed...

Not sure which section/what it will look like in August.

I believe it was just stated as "through 2015" or something vague like that.
