No kidding!! I love Rick Springfield! DH said, "Uh-oh... May have to take a quick drive down there to see him..." He knows I love Rick!! But... I can see him a lot closer to home, though. He tours a lot in the area. I saw him last year for my birthday, and he was awesome!!
Billy Ocean is fantastic! We saw him in Epcot in 2012. One of the best shows ever. We also saw .38 Special (amazing) and Kool & the Gang (also amazing). Bummer that we'll miss .38 Special this time.
Just waiting to see who TBD will be!

It's too bad that Rick Springfield won't be performing during Star Wars Weekends....have any of you guys seen the College Humor video about picking the next Cantina Band Star? He's on there as "Rick Forcefield". It's hilarious. Google it.

How long before the shows do you need to be in line? I'm interested in seeing a few of the shows while I'm there. I see there are three shows, is it easier to get into one of them over the others?

I don't think there is a solid answer to this question. It depends on lot's of things like day of the week, popularity of the band, how good of seats you want, number in your party...
ETA: Oh, and I think later shows are easier.

The concerts themselves don't effect the crows at Epcot as a whole. The F&W festival does. The crowds at the American and surrounding pavilions might be less during the concerts and more right after.
