 The T's Spring Break... LIVE REPORTING April 4-13
We, here we are again - in the "Minnie"-van. We are on our 20+ hour way to WDW for Spring break. We've been on the road about an hour and have just crossed the Ohio border. Since this trip is just the 4 of us, I am live trip reporting again. It's been a while since I have done this because of the size of our travel party and flying. But all this time on the open road and just a 'solo' family trip lends itself to be able to write often.
So, here we go....

The set... BLT studio lake view from April 5-11 then 1 night at Vero Beach before going home on the 12th.
At this moment (8:06am), we are at mile marker 190 in Ohio.

Well, we are just flying through! Boy does age matter with the kids! Chris and I needed more potty breaks than the girls!
We are currently driving past mile marker 35 in Kentucky. Almost to Tennessee where I will take over driving and chris can rest.
We had lunch in Florence, Kentucky at Long John Silver ' s. It's been years since I had that. And after today's greasefest I know why it's been so long. We thought it would be a good lenten meal alternative. Well, I'll stick to a filet-o-fish!
Weather has been hit or miss drizzle with peaks of sun but mostly overcast and windy. Good news us that it has been around 60 the whole way so no freezing rain. How sad is that? We are in April worried about the freezing rain!?

I have been driving For 4 hours but, we made it to Atlanta. We're staying with my sister in law. So nice to be more than 1/2 way!

Well, it's 7:50 and we are almost out of ATL. it's 52 degrees and we have 'exposed legs'!!! Feels good to have capris on!
We hope to be pulling into Bay Lake Tower by 3ish. I don't think my husband will let me drive today so, I'll be posting more today.
The line up for tonight is Chef Mickey's at 6:55. Then we have PF+ for BTMRR, HM and Jungle Cruise. Our nighttime ride favorites!

We are in FLORIDA!! no stopping at the welcome center. Too packed and the kids voted to keep going and just get there. Smart kids. So we are trucking on. It's 80 degrees btw!!!

We stopped in Lake City exit for gas and a 'quick' Mcdonald stop. What a mess of an exit. It was so crowded and lines of cars in every direction. 45 minutes later, we are finally on the road again. Anyone driving this way, stay away from that exit.

What a whirlwind evening!!! We are currently on the monorail to EPCOT. The thing I do love about the FP+ is that we don't have to be in line to do the Soarin dash at rope drop. We can actually sleep in!
