I guess I'd have to say:

1. Tower of Terror
2. Star Tours
3. Rock 'N' Roller Coaster
4. Mission Space
5 Soarin'

But I hate that I had to exclude "Dinosaur," "Haunted Mansion," "Expedition Everest"...Ugh...so many more.

Honorable Mentions:
Expedition Everest - would have made the list if the Yeti actually still moved
Thunder Mountain - just not emotionally attached to it as the others
Splash Mountain - fun, but we usually go during the winter months so it isn't always an option
Carousel of Progress - missed the list by the slimmest of margins! Such a great classic ride that you can feel Walt's touch.
it's a small world - such a classic ride! Mary Blair's design is beautiful, the message is the best, and such a catchy tune! (you're singing it in your head right now hehehehehe!)

Hmmm.... these won't be in order of most favorite to "least", as it's 3am and I'm at work and although I can give you my top 5, I can't honestly organize which one I like best at the moment...
