    Default Magic Kingdom times

Planning our trip in June I just checked the Magic Kingdom closing times they close a lot of days in February at 1 AM

With EMH one day they close at 3 AM is this correct?

In June all the days were there they close at 10 PM

Except for one EMH night they close at midnight

What am I missing? Wouldn't it be better to close later in the summer when it's hotter and it's more crowded?

It's been about seven years since I've been to Disney World so There's a lot of new stuff and a lot of stuff that I have forgotten.

The northeast typically has a February vacation and the masses go to disney world.

My town is off from the 15th until the 23rd and most of the surrounding towns follow suit.

    Maybe this is a reason?

Expect WDW to add hours and events to these early-posted calendar times within the last 7-45 days before the actual dates.

They have done so every single month for years, now.

Just keep checking and re-checking the calendar as your trip dates approach.

I agree, the hours will change as you get closer to the actual date.

What seems to happen is that Disney publishes the "standard" hours, and then makes changes based on time of year, crowds, etc.

The challenge is that hours change all of the time, even weeks or days before your trip, so it is worth it to keep checking.
