Halloween Party on cruise?

I know this past October they had Halloween decorations and a party on the cruise. We have a trip planned in Oct for a 4 night cruise does anyone know if this is going to be done every year? Also is it on all cruise ships?

we'll be on the Disney Wonder in Sept. and yes they are doing up all the ships in Halloween decorations and special events and foods planned.
