    Default My list

    1. Definitely miss the old Pleasure Island. Loved the Adventurers club. I also really liked the comedy club and 8 tracks.
    2. The old theater on Main Street. Great place to cool off on hot days. Also a great place to catch a nap when chaperoning Grad Night!
    3. The skyway.
    4. The real feeling of distinction between the different areas of the Magic Kingdom. You used to be able to tell that you had entered a "new land". Now it all seems to blend together. Not sure if it is the new attractions or the lack of getting into character by the cast members, but it just isn't the same!

    Spectromagic Parade
Saw it for the first time on our Honeymoon and that my new wife was going to cry right there on Main street. It just seemed to capture all things Disney to us.

Best ever parade. I'll never forget it.

I also miss not having to plan every moment in the parks ahead of time.

I miss walking up to a restaurant I want to try and actually getting a seat that day.

I miss finding unique items in each of the parks instead of same truckload of junk you find everywhere.

Yeah I loved the Skyway, too, and being able to see an up close bird's-eye view of the park and the castle was great, which could spoil a little of the "magic" though. You could see a lot of the back stage areas, especially for it's a Small World and Haunted Mansion.
It was officially closed after a death to a ride worker in the station, but I don't think it will ever come back; too many idiots were throwing/dropping things and ruining the ride for the rest of us. Too much liability for Disney.

The animation studio at Hollywood Studios. It was my favorite part of the park. Other than Animation Academy, it is a complete skip for me now.

    1. The Ham and Broccoli Slaw sandwich at Columbia Harbour House. Loved that sandwich, and it just disappeared.

    2. Yep, those winter lights at Epcot.
