Is the 'Festival of the Lion King' open and operational in its new theatre in the 'Africa' section of Animal Kingdom?

Disney bean counters just couldn't resist the chance to shut the no-doubt expensive FOTLK show down for a while, and used this move as an excuse.

Instead of a smooth transition with perhaps a few weeks to get things going after the move, Disney decided to close the old building in January and apparently doesn't even have the new one close to ready, so it will be "at least June" before the show reopens.
