Could we be talking about Fantasy Faire in Disneyland? Yummy treats are served at Maurice's Treats wagon... the two hours could be in reference to the long lines to meet the princesses... and of course, there is a Figaro animatronic on the windowsill (roof) that awakens every so often to paw at the little bird.

I was also considering the location could be the Frozen Royal Reception Meet & Greet with the Olaf animatronic on the roof... you can definitely spend at least two hours in that line, for sure! However, there isn't really any yummy treats associated with that specific location... which is why I thought Fantasy Faire was a better guess.
