I have always wanted to eat at the sci-fi dine in and the prime time cafe. Between all my food allergies, and my son's extreme pickiness due to sensory issues, a meal at either of these places just ain't happening when I look at the menus.

Is it possible to go in just for an afternoon pick me up, such as coffee and ice cream? If so, which would you pick?

If you are going for just ice cream and a coffee, I would go to the Sci-Fi, where there is also a TON of atmosphere!

My son has sensory issues as well. Sci-fi is very dimly lit and relatively quiet. 50's is bright, lots of laughter and lots of rushing around (but we were seated by the kitchen, so that may make a huge difference). Our family goes for sci-fi
