Are the Vera Bradley bags available in the parks?

Currently the pink and black versions are available both at the parks and online. There is a blue version being released next week at DTD.

When I was at Epcot last week, a cm told me Vera's are only available at DTD and the Jewelers on Main Street at MK. I was going to purchase one but since they didn't have them at Epcot, I purchased a regular Very at home the following day
