Magic Bands + Special Event Tickets?

Is there a way to link our MNSSHP and Fireworks Dessert Party Tickets to our MDE / Magic Bands?

Im so scared those paper tickets will get wet/ruined and we wont get to use them lol

Not sure if they will be linked or not, but what did you do in the past? Guests have never had party tickets linked to anything before and I don't ever recall hearing about problems with them.

We just left ours at will call. Picked them up that day and left them in our locker until party time

Well this is our first time with the Magic Bands (part of the testing) so I wasnt sure if there was a way for me to link those tickets for this trip.

I print them at home because last year it took so long to pick up at the Will Call box I was trying to save time.. until I had the idea if they got wet & ruined we couldnt use them

I guess if they cant be linked I can put them in a (large) ziplock bag for the trip down to be safe

I suggest taking a picture of the back of the tickets with your cell phone just in case something should go wrong. Having the ticket number would be a big help in trying to replace them.

Our party tickets have always been mailed to my home. I don't remember if they were plastic or paper form, but they were tickets (not print outs from home) so we always stored them in a wallet or my purse with our park tickets until we needed them.

You don't need a ticket for the Wishes Dessert party, just your confirmation number (it is like any other dining reservation) and our mailed party tickets were plastic tickets, like the room keys, so no worries about getting wet or getting ripped.

Glad to hear about just needing the rez # for the Dessert Party, but our MNNSHP tix are print at home (saved like $14 not having them mailed) so thats just why I was wondering. Not new to Disney by any means but a total newbie on the magic bands
