Hi I have finally done it! Put in a bid on a DVC property. Just got told it has been sent to Disney for ROFR. I know I shouldn't jump the gun but I believe I made a good bid and it should go through. Can hardly wait to make my first reservation

I choose VB. I know the maintenance fees are higher but the price is so much lower. Anyhow the math works for me. So here's hoping I made a good bid want to take the family on a special trip this year.
