180 + 10 means that at your 180 day mark you can make ADRs for up to 10 days.

Yes. As long as you have a confirmed reservation at a Disney resort, you can make dining reservations for your day of arrival (180 days before arrival) plus up to 10 days beyond that point.
Otherwise, you would need to call back (or go online) each day to make reservations for the day that was 180 days out.

if you are staying at a Disney resort.
It sure makes getting hard to secure ADRs a bit easier to acquire.
My DH was able to reserve dinner for us at Be Our Guest because he could make a reservation for 180 Days + 10.
Good luck to you!

I had a lot of trouble with this last year when booking for our Nov/Dec stay, at least when I was using the on-line system. Even though we had our resort package booked, and I could pull all of our reservations up on the Disney website, I still couldn't get the on-line reservation system to pick up the +10.
So if you have issues with doing it on-line, there is always the phone in. I know when I had problems (as did others at the time) people were still having success by calling the WDW reservation line.

With the online thing, I have found that it is difficult for the site to continually recognize you are "fully signed" in when you are traveling the site via the top home bar .
Sign in go to your my reservations, then go to the bottom of the page and click THAT make dining reservations link. Also helps if you click the box, keep me signed in.
It worked for my plus 10 this January.

I had trouble with this when using My Disney Experience but had no trouble when I went directly on the website. Be on line early.

Been to WDW more times than I can count since 1972. Stayed at BLT, AKV, WLV, SSR, POP, CBR, CR, FW Cabins, all the All Stars and also off site. Been to DL 3 times, 4 cruises on the Magic and went on the Dream Inaugural Cruise.
