Is there a grocery store at the Fort Wilderness Campground? Does it offer more than the standard food that the other resort gift shops carry?

They might carry a bit more but still mostly the same fare as the other resort grocery spots. They were probably the original spot on site that carried groceries. Some of the add-on items that are carried at this spot are things like charcoal lighter. For the best grocery shopping, you'd probably want to venture off-site or use a delivery service like Strollers and Groceries (Intercot sponsor).

There are two "Trading Posts" at Fort Wilderness. The Meadow Trading Post is located In the central area of the campground. Settlement Trading Post is next to the lake and marina.
Both of them have a wall of coolers with drinks, dairy, cheeses, etc. Both of them also have about two aisles of groceries - chips, PB, bread, donutes, etc. You could find enough for breakfast or lunch, but dinner would be pretty limited. There is no produce, etc. And, it would be very expensive.
