The New Fantasyland -- Give me the order...

So, I know that there is a 'plan' that 'should' be made for the new Fantasyland. From what I remember reading a few weeks ago....there is one place that does NOT do Fast Pass, and one place that we NEED to get Fast Passes for. Which order of all these new things do I do?

There's only 2 things to do in New Fantasyland at this time.
You can fastpass mermaid, Belle you wait. There's a lot to look at but not a lot of "meat" IMHO.
