This is a very interesting topic. I know we walk a lot, but never took time to figure out how much. I'm very concerned now that I might need to eat more of those Disney snacks during the day to keep up my caloric intake with that much walking!!
Before I go to bed after a long day at the parks I put Sore No More on my feet. I have learned that the bones in my feet are all but bruised after all of the walking and the SNM makes a HUGE difference for me.
If you want to try this product at WDW you should test it at home first. It has capsicum (sp?) in it and some of my travel buddies didn't tolerate the heat very well.
When my wife and I were working at the Tomorrowland Speedway, we started wearing pedometers.
We found that in a good 8-hour day, we'd walk *12-15* miles JUST working the attraction - just loading/unloading guests and walking out to the backside of the track. There were days where we'd put in 12-16 hours. Imagine how much more walking *that* was...
What fun for you and your wife to work the same attraction!!!
