I'm So Excited!!

We are going to WDW again in November and DH decided that he wanted to stay at The Poly. I am so excited and cannot wait to stay here. Terrisue from MJ requested Tokelau for me. And my DS25 and his girlfriend who live in West Palm Beach are planning to visit us for a day!!

That's great! We love the Tokelau building. If you request a room closest to the lagoon, you do get a partial view of it and can see the Contemporary and the steamboats that go back and forth to the MK. This is what we've done in the past.

I booked a std view and Terrisue said Tokelau would be the best bldg. So long as I'm not looking at a parking lot, I am good.

Tokelau is wonderful! We had a pool view, but could still see the lagoon and castle from outside our room. We were on the top floor.

Any view from there is nice. You're practically in the middle of the resort.

Do all the rooms have balconies? I've read where the first floor is a patio; the second is just a railing and the third is a balcony? I really wouldn't want a railing.

In Tokelau, there are balconies on the second and third floors...patio on the first. It is the older longhouses that do not have balconies on the second floor.

Sounds like a wonderful time! I've stayed twice at the Polynesian and would love to stay there again!

We loved Tokelau and the Poly! Had a first floor room facing the pool. Patio was nice size. Have a great trip!
