    Default Is this normal?

Just got back late Saturday night from one of the best vacations ever at WDW with DS 7 and DS 16

A couple of days before we left to come home I was already making plans in my head for a return trip next year. Anyone else find themselves doing this or do I have a "Disney Addiction" problem?

    Thumbs up

    Perfectly normal.
It's called Disneyitis, we have all went through it. There is a doctor ordered thing that you can do.
If you smoke (quit), if you drink (moderation please), if you need to (lose weight).
But, the most important thing is to get the family together and plan the next trip, dates-times-, the whole nine yards.
Start a Disney fund and visit here often, believe me it helps.
Glad to hear we have another DISNEY FREAK.

We used to do that. Enjoy it. Make sure you can actually afford that next trip, though!

I find after a trip I'm good for about six months... then it starts again. Which keeps us on an affordable 3-4 year plan. Sigh.

For our trip this August the planing started in 2011 when we had to cancel our trip that summer. We haven't even gone on our August trip yet and the wheels are turning for our 25th wedding anniversary in 2014.

Hahahahaha!!! You're very "Disney" normal !! I have the same problem and the only way to fix it is to begin planning right now with strong doses of saving money and wait till you go.....

We got back a week ago, and the day after DH and I booked 3 trips (DVC). We don't go to the parks very often, our trips are very relaxing, lots of eating out, going to the pool, resort games and activities, movies, mini golf, shopping at DD, even a trip or two to Target( a big deal to me) with maybe a theme park and water park day in there. We live in a rural area, so it's just nice to go somewhere we have options. Our biggest shopping here is Walmart, and we do not have a theater or great restaurants. To us, Disney is leisurely family time.

I will start planning my next trip when there isn't even a trip possible in the near future! For example, I've been planning my 2015 trip for about a year now ;-).

Lol. So very normal. We went once. Didn't go back for 4 years. Then 2. Then it became every year, sometimes 2 x a year. No one in our circle gets it. They see Disney as a once in a lifetime trip, or at least once every 4 or 5 years. I find a trip gives me my Disney fix for about 6 months, then I'm looking for specials again

That's how we do it! It helps when you're driving out the gate to KNOW you will be back sooner rather that later. That's why I say we are "Disney Poor"...because we spend all the spare cash on WDW trips.

I am always planning my next trip even though I haven't been able to go for 4 years now. If some money comes through for me I will be going this year if not oh well. I'll just get my fix on intercot and start planning for next year.
Three years in Connecticut and loving it
Next trip in Jan 2017 I hope!
