When will we be able to book FP's online?

During a quick trip in mid Feb a manager in Epcot told us it would be available sometime in March. Anyone know more details? Thanks!

From my experience, the Magic Bands are still in the "testing" phase and will continue to be test for a few additional tests before releasing them to the public. The initial date was March, but if it is still March it will be later March.
