Question Trip Insurance? How much is needed, if any???

So here is my dilemma....we are going on the Disney Dream in May, my travel agent explained the trip insurance options to me and I'm undecided how much, if any insurance I really need? The cruise line offers insurance that just covers the cruise, $193 for 4 people. Then AAA offers insurance that covers airfare (SWest) and 2 nights stay at Pop Century for an additional $112. From what I understand all this insurance only covers for serious illness with a doctor note stating you cannot go on the trip or a death in the family. A few years ago we took the insurance on a package and the entire family had the flu the week before and we were not covered. Any advice or more info would be much appreciated!

We never get it. The most we will be out is $200 if we have to cancel.

THere are also insurance sites on the web that cover everything but I think you have to buy it w/in a number of days of booking. Depending on when you are cruising/vacationing you may also want to look into a policy that would cover if you had to cancel/miss it due to weather. We very rarely take insurance for land vacations but always do for cruises.
