Urgent Magical Express Question

My sister is leaving tomorrow for our family vacation. She recently moved and misplaced her magical express packet. They are not planning to check their bags with the service, but they need to get to the hotel.

Instead of having the packet, what information will Disney from them to get on the bus? Is the confirmation # and ID enough?

I would think that as long as she has her ME confirmation number, that should be enough. If she has any questions, she could call them to verify.

I have traveled without my packet before and it's pretty easy (I even did it on purpose to test it once). When you get to the Magical Express kiosk just let them know you don't have your packet. They will send you up to the Magical Express desk to get a new set of vouchers printed. They will also ask about checked bags, in case she does decide to check any. Once they print the vouchers, she will be directed towards a resort line for the bus. As long as she has Magical Express on her reservation she should find the whole thing a breeze.

I had the same experience one year; not having my Magical Experience ticket wasn't an issue. Disney handled it just fine.
