 AP Rates Select Dates to 12/24/12
Disney has released Annual Passholder Rates for dates of September 30 through November 15, 2012 and November 25 through December 24, 2012.
Value Resort up to 20%
Moderate Resort up to 25%
Deluxe Resort up to 30%
Deluxe Villa Resort up to 30%
No group rates or other discounts apply. Advance reservations required. Offer excludes campsites and 3-bedroom villas. Passholder must present a valid Walt Disney World Annual Pass at check-in. Offer is not valid at Disney's Art of Animation Resort Little Mermaid Standard Rooms.

At first glance the public and AP offers looked pretty similar, but the dates are slightly different and the public one varies a bit (one week is a 25%, the next 20%, the next 25%, etc.).
Is it just me or are the discounts getting more complicated? Thanks for staying on top of it MJ!

It is getting tougher
This is the first time I am unable to get a complete stay out of AP rates at one resort. We are going in November. Luckily, I booked with MJ, so Wendy is working her magic to make sure we get the accomodations we need!

We got our passholder discount today on the cabins and saved about $967 for our 10 day trip. The discounts were 25% and 30% at the end of our days. There aren't many deluxe villas available, kidani studio, key west and saratoga. Same goes for the deluxe, just animal kingdom and wilderness lodge.
