    Default Illuminations/ Candlelight Package

I'm not sure which topic this should go under, but since I am trying to plan stuff around the answer to this question, I put it under vacation planning.

We have reservations for a Candlelight Processional dinner package that comes with reserved viewing for Illuminations. Has anyone done this before? Where is the reserved viewing area located and is it worth it?

It might be better for us to see Illuminations on another evening, but if the viewing area is really awesome, then I will need to put some thought into what we try to do.

    Thanks,
    Tom

    Red face

Last year we went the day after Thanksgiving which was the first day of CP and they had 2 areas that were reserved and you were assigned to a particular area. We had the last show and it was so crowded that we knew those from the earlier shows would get to the special spot first so we decided not to try to find it and just found a place to stand not far from where we were.

We went two years ago and did the package lunch at the Biergarten and the first CP show. Our assigned viewing area was on the Future World side in between the two gift shops. I think one is a Duffy shop. The view was perfect - except for the fact we were completely frozen. It was still worth it!
