My first pick would be Jiko at Animal Kingdom Lodge. We've had excellent service and food there and the atmosphere is terrific.

    Other suggestions:
    Citrico's at Grand Floridian
    Narcoosee's at Grand Floridian
Yachtman's Steak House at the Yacht Club
    Brown Derby at Hollywood Studios

And for the ultimate dining experience at Disney World - Victoria & Albert's at the Grand Floridian

in order and the ones we have tried.

    Narcoossee's,
    Jiko,
    Citrico's

Yachtsman was a miss for us, but mostly related to a horrible service experience.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend the Brown Derby. It wasn't bad, I didn't feel it was "signature" worthy. For what we paid, we expected the food to be amazing. We didn't feel that it was. In contrast, the same week we tried California Grill, and thought it was very good.

Have you looked at Artist Point? We will be trying it in April.

I agree- Citricos and Narcoossee's are two of our favorites. Jiko, also good.

And Yachtsman was a huge miss for us, not just with service but with ingredient substitutions that made what sounded special on the menu into ordinary and boring dishes. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't in keeping with my standards for a Signature Dining experience.

Also agree with this, and Bistro is undergoing major renovations. They're doing away with the formal atmosphere, tuxedoed waiters. This is one of the reasons I loved the place, the really formal French restaurant feel. I'm really disappointed. I hope it turns out better than I expect.

I agree with Faline, if you haven't tried Jiko it is fantastic. The atmosphere is awesome as well visiting the AKL. Also agree Fulton's is a good choice. We ate there two weeks ago and were very impressed with the food. If you like crab legs it is a must!

Victoria & Albert's. They are a dining experience that you will never forget. There is a reason on 1-407-WDW-DINE, V&A is option #1, all others #2. Well worth the cost for a 2-3 hour exquisite experience!!!

Outside of V&A (which is ultimately our favorite).... Our very favorite is Narcoossee's. The food and service there are nothing short of amazing.

We really like Citrico's and Narcoosee's. Citrico's has the Mediterranean theme. Narcoosee's is more of a fish-Florida themed restaurant.

Portobello's is another one that not many talk about but we really enjoy. It might be because they weren't DDP until this year.
