New movie release ?

I was just wondering. The day we leave for WDW (Fri Oct 5th) is the same day that the new Tim Burton movie Frankenweenie is released. Do the resorts/outdoor theaters show the newly released movies or its just in the movie theaters only.

Theaters only. You could go see it at DTD.

Exactly! The outdoor movies at the resorts tend to be more "classic" movies.

The closest theatre for new releases is DTD.

You should try to see it at DTD if you can. We saw Diary of a Wimpy Kid the day it came out. We watched it at the Fork and Screen theater and it was a fun experience. We don't have a Fork and Screen at home so it was something new for us.
