Are you going during Food & Wine Festival? If so, that takes this conversation to a whole other level. But assuming you aren't, I'll start by going counter clockwise around WS -

Mexico - go to Cava del Tequila and get a specialty margarita. They are worth the price! My favorite is the Avocado Margarita.

Norway - ? Don't think I've ever had an adult beverage here. I hear a lot about the Viking Coffee here, but have never gotten around to trying one.

China - I've had a Tsingtao here once or twice.

Germany - It's all about the here. I usually go for the Pilsner here.

Italy - I've wanted to go check out the new Wine Bar , but haven't had the chance. I did have a LImoncello one time while dining at Via Napoli that was very good.

America - well, Sam Adams of course!

Japan - I usually just opt for a Kirin when dining in Japan, because I'm not a big Sake fan.

Morocco - ?? Never had a drink here either.

France - Grand Mariner Orange Slush! Yum!

United Kingdom - My favorite WS drink - a Golden from the Rose & Crown Pub, which is a mix of Bass and Stella Artois. My buddies are very fond of the Snakebite, which is Cider and Harp. Be sure to try and find Carl the bartender there. He's the best!

    Canada - Eh....Moosehead!

Okay, so there's my favs, which I know is beer heavy. I'm definitely more of a beer gal, but enjoy a frozen concoction every once in a while as well.

    Have fun!!!

Some countries are more blessed than others.

Mexico, tequila flights, many creative margarita flavors (inside, cava del tequila), and the frozen Fiesta Margarita at the stand outside. (I like to give Mexico its own day).

Norway and China- don't do anything for me, drink-wise. Good places to rehydrate with water.

    Germany wine tasting- rieslings

Italy- wine tasting- pinot grigio, tuscan reds, and rosa regale

    Japan- Saki tasting

    America- Rehydrate, water

    Morocco- Moroccorita

    France- Grey Goose Slush

    UK- Black and tan

    Canada- water, rehydrate.

We take our time and usually don't drink our way around in one day. It's more fun for us to spend a few days in World Showcase and spread it out.

I've said it here many times, the best drink is the Sultan Colada in Morocco.

The second best is the Grand Marnier slushie in France.

We will be drinking around the world in November as well.

    Have fun!!!

    Default Drink in China

We were just there and tried a "Tipsy Duck in Love" from China, and it was amazing. They claim to only make 30 a day because the only make the coffee/tea slushie mixture once daily. They add chocolate and bourbon. OMG it was amazing, so get there early!

We did the whole "Drinking around the world" thing one time. I'd like to try it again sometime but timing just hasn't worked out well. Pace yourself and share some drinks. You don't want to be *that* person who is a total mess at a family resort.

Mexico - Ditto on Cava del Tequila. Haven't tried it yet, but everyone RAVES. You HAVE to get a margarita, though!

Norway - Carlsberg. If you're going for authenticity, it's not actual Norwegian, but a solid beer!

China - I will never forget our experience here. We asked the CM what he recomended, and in a very thick Chinese accent he YELLED out "TSING TSAO BEER!! NUMBER ONE IN CHINA!!" So we went with it, and it was good!

African Outpost- SKIP SKIP SKIP! I can't remember the name of the beer we got here, but the consistency was so thick. We all thought it tasted like mud mixed with blood.

Germany - Lots of choices. We did shots of Jagermeister but in retrospect we mixed too much and I probably would stick to mostly beers. Becks is a safe choice.

Italy - We had Peroni, but I hear the bar at Via Napoli has some expanded choices.

America - Sam Adams, preferably something seasonal.

Japan - We had saki. I will not do that again.

Morocco -We had a "habibi slush" which was pretty good, but someone recently told me it is no longer served.

France - Some decent wine choices, but the Grand Mariner Orange Slush wins the day for me.

United Kingdom - I like to get a Strongbow here, which is a cider. It reminds me of my trip to England when I was 19. Good times. We used to get the half yard but you can't do that anymore.

Canada - If you dine at LeCellier, you'll have a much better selection.

    Happy Imbibing!

Mexico - Either the Tequila Flight or a Mango Blueberry Basil Margarita from La Cava del Tequila

    Norway - Carlsberg

China - Haven't tried anything yet

    Germany - Altenmunster Oktoberfest

Italy - Rosa Regal with Chocolate pairing

    America - Sam Adams

    Japan - Kirin

    Morocco - Sultans Colada

France - Grey Goose Citron Slush

United Kingdom - Varies but usually a Golden unless I start on this side then I'll have a Black & Tan or Bumblebee.

    Canada - Moosehead Pale Ale

Then I pass out in Victoria Gardens. Hahahahahahahahahaha! Kidding, I've never been "that guy".

There's a wine in the wine shop in Germany called "Diva" which my father and I always get. It's a Riesling, very light, it has a little bit of a pear and apple taste.

My new favorite drink is a shandy at Rose and Crown. It's Bass ale and Sprite. I was with some friends there for dinner and I wanted to try a drink I never had before, so I ordered it. It's nice how the Sprite gives the beer a lemon taste.

We did this last trip. #1 is definitly the orange grand marnier slushie in france.
In mexico we did a tequilla flight, Germany we got the beer that comes in the collectible glass.
In Japan we didnt know what to do with the sake. We got a cold one and a warm one. Didnt like either of them but if I was forced too def go with the cold. In UK I always get the sampler and then I would drink guiness while watching the british invasion. Haven't seen the new band yet. Also if your just in the mood to relax and drink we like to do the monorail resorts as well. Polynesian is the best place in all of WDW to have drinks at.

I've only done it once and it happened to be F&W festival while in college (we could drink a lot more back then). We started off in Canada, went clockwise with a friend working there. Hit every stand and country. Finished at the Rose and Crown when they use to serve the Yards. After that, we went back to the Boardwalk and finished partying there for the night.
