Are you only speaking about the vignettes that you ride through or the scenes at the end?
Gone With the Wind
Rocky
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid
Fantasia
These are the ones that come to mind at this moment though I know there are more.

The gangster scene has Cagney's Public Enemy. Not sure about the Western scene, but there's Clint Eastwood and John Wayne involved.
Also:
Busby Berkeley's Footlight Parade.
I can't think of any others.

From the ride itself (not the montage at the end) I think you have it all, except that the Western scene is based on A Fistful of Dollars and The Searchers.
What a great way to help pass the time before a trip!

I don't know the name of it, but isn't there one with Shirley Temple? I vaguely remember her in a scene tap dancing?

The Searchers is the John Wayne scene. My wife and I decided to watch it. We thought it was one of the worst movies we've ever seen....

Really? the Searchers is one of my all time favorites and is actually loosely based upon the real life story of Cynthia Ann Parker who was abducted by Comanche Indians from the family home in Texas. One of the children she would bear would be Quanah (Parker) who would actually go on to be one of the last of the great Comanche war chiefs. For those with interests in such things, an interesting read on the subject is S.C. Gwynnes "Empire of the Summer Moon." Oh well, we all have different tastes...but of the movies in the ride i think mine would be "Footlight Parade."

I think it was the combination of the acting being over-dramatic (as was common during that time), and the cliched characters, along with the fact that the movie really drags on and on. And Natalie Wood, billed as one of the stars, is only in the movie for about two minutes at the end. She plays almost no role whatsoever.
Don't get me wrong, I love Westerns...including older movies. But I've seen a few John Wayne movies, and I just don't like them. Steve McQueen, now, is a different story. As is Clint Eastwood.
