No, you would rather be at WDW right now. We're cooler, like Cindy said!

69 and cloudy here in the bay area. It's supposed to get colder this weekend. Weird weather this year. At least we're not dealing with wildfires.

You're absolutly right Mel!! Didn't realize the heat wave was by passing Florida. So now I wish I was chillin' on a bench in Adventureland and enjoying a Dole Whip!

103 right now across the river from St. Louis, supposed to get up to 106. A nice break from our 110-degree day yesterday! We're supposed to have temps in the 100s at least through the end of next week. I SO wish I was in WDW right now!!

It's been in the very high 90s here in Louisiana. Feels even hotter. It's that "so hot when you walk out the door it feels like you can't breath"!

We were in the Dallas area last weekend and it was in the 100s. Checked my phone to see what the temps were in Orlando and was shocked to see it was only in the mid 80s.

I'm in a suburb of Atlanta and it is brutal. I went running this morning and I was sweating buckets before I got to the end of my street! I only managed 2.5 miles and was exhausted afterwards. The positive news is that by next weekend, weather.com predicts high 80's instead of 100's.

It was 103 in the Raleigh, NC area today. My AC has been struggling to keep up for the last 2 or 3 days! I tend to get migraines in the summer from the heat, so I always say that I start the countdown to fall on the first day of summer. 83 days until fall!

Default And then the Storm Hit

It was 103 at 9:30 on Friday in the burbs around DC. I dont know what the high was for the day but it was a scorcher. Then the massive storm that killed the mid atlantic hit and 30-45 minutes later it was 70 degrees.

Unfortunately it was 100+ for the rest of the weekend highs and most in my area didnt have electricity much less A/C

    It's hot in Jersey!

In 1995 on a clear 110 degree Alabama day, we thought it would be a good idea to sit in a metal seat and watch a NASCAR race at Talladega. Oh my stars...I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HOT!!! In fact, I drank 12 16 ounce bottles of water and never went to the bathroom or MOVED out of my seat.
It was so hot, that Nascar never had another race at Talladega in July after that either.

    I like to be cool!
