Default Blue man group or Cirque de Soleil?

    Hi all....

We are returning to WDW for the 12+ time over the last ten years.

Our daughters: age 12 and 10 will be making their 12th and 11th visits... We have done so much and looking to branch out a bit...

Should we go for the Cirque or BlueMan group?

    Thanks!

    Blue Man group
    Cirque
Neither (you're at WDW-- do the Parks!)
    Both (they're great)
Can't wait to get back to the magic...

I voted for Cirque, I have seen a ton of Cirque shows and love them and they are just smaller version of this one! Blue Man group I have seen in Boston and while its entertaining it's not something I would take time out of my Disney vacation to see (In my opinion) some people love it, I was "eh" with it.

Though call! I've seen both and they are great shows! If you got the transportation, then go with Blue Man group

Comfort Inn Lake Buena vista (2008)

I have seen both a couple of times each and they are both great shows, but very different.

I wish Cirque would bring "Love" to Orlando, even for a limited run.

When I saw the title of your thread I instantly thought cirque. Then I read that you are taking kids so my suggestion is Blue man Group. While I have never seen La Nouba, but I have seen several other Cirque shows, and I really want the opportunity to take the kids to a cirque show. (maybe this summer). When I saw BMG in Vegas all I could think was "man my kids would love this".
We almost took them during our Nov trip to ioa/us but ran out of time.

We have seen both . . .and love both!

If you have never seen a BMG permanent show ~ it is fabulous!

Like one of the previous posters ~ I would agree with BMG ~ the energy . . . the show . . . I would do that one definitely. And if you can, stick around for a bit after the show. When you leave the background band is there for a meet n greet, but about 15 minutes later, the BMG guys will come out for photos and are just as funny as they are in the show. Well, worth the wait! You or your kids might even get "blued"!!

We've done and enjoyed both shows. For us, the choice would be easy - we'd recommend La Nouba. My kids have done both. They have asked to go back to see La Nouba a couple times. They have not been as interested going back to BMG again.

I vote cirque. I found BMG to just be weird for the sake of weird. Eating twinkles and then spittin them out?! That's not talent that's just weird. Cirque is weird too, absolutely , but it showcases talent.

Maybe I'm the only one who doesn't get Cirque. Granted, I was 13 years younger than I am now, but when I saw then in 1999, I walked out on the performance out of boredom.
