We use the evening hours for each park at least once each trip. Although now AK does not have evening hours. Or at least they did not the last time we were there.

I will be so sad if they did away with AK evening hours, I loved that when I was last down there. We were on and off rides like crazy, probably rode EE ten times in a row without having to wait a minute. Also spent considerable time on KRR. And I didn't do it, so I don't even know if it was offered, but I'm thinking an early evening Safari would bring lots of animal activity.

We usually avoid those parks especially if its morning emh. Just too busy.

We try to use EHM nights at Epcot and MK. Mornings are too early for us. Our boys are sleepers, and you never wake a sleeping baby!

We went in August in 2010 and evening EMH were absolutely essential! We aren't huge into waking up early so rarely used the morning EMH. At night the lines were so much better for a lot of rides at MK so we were thankful for them. Other times of year they aren't quite as essential.
