Check in Question...

Quick last minute question!

We'll be checking in at HRH early next Friday morning...prob around 10am. My question is this...I know that our room will likely not be available at that time, but will we be given some sort of temp key or pass so that we're able to take advantage of express pass that morning? Or does that benefit only kick in when your actual room has been assigned?

Not to worry ... they give you a room key right away so that you can have express pass for the parks. Then, they will call or text you later when your room is ready and re-issue you new keys.

Last year, we arrived by 7:30 a.m., were given our room keys and made it in line for early opening at WWOHP with time to spare. I'm sure you can check your luggage too, but we left ours in the car because we were in a bit of a hurry.

Just to add.....The staff at the HRH is great. They go out of their way to help out in any way.

Great to know!

We made our first visit to Universal last year and stayed at Royal Pacific. Looking forward to checking out HRH!

This time next week we'll probably just be getting to the hotel...can't wait!
