Rofr

For anyone that has bought resale how long did rofr take? We are on 2 weeks and have not heard back.

As you know from posting to my discussion, I cannot answer this personally, but in researching, it seems to take longer than 20 days; close to the 30 day period.

I believe what is happening is Disney sits on the request to see if any buyers come through asking about points where Disney could make money by purchasing them cheap and reselling them.

I wouldn't be surprised if they used all the time they had available legally...

Disney took over three weeks for ours. I was hoping it would be quicker but no such luck!

I am in the process of selling six VWL contracts and buying two BWV contracts.

Of the six VWL contracts, two of them immediately passed ROFR while the other four are still waiting on Disney. They are all small contracts of the same size and sold for the same price. There doesn't seem to be rhyme nor reason to the ROFR monkey's decision process.

I'm hoping my two BWV purchases pass ROFR.
