Connor's Surprise Pre Trip Report 5/28 - 6/3 2012

Well I cannot believe it - 27 more days until we are in Disneyworld. We are driving so I will probably be exhausted but it will be worth the smile on my son's face when we arrive. We told him that we are driving to North Carolina to go see his godmother. So he has no clue. I am hoping that he sleeps the whole ride and when he wakes up we will be arriving in Disney(We are leaving around 10:30 PM and will arrive early in the morning). He is graduating from Kindergarten so this is a little present to him for doing so well the whole school year (He has high functioning autism).

Here is info on the trip:

Persons who are going:
Me - Desi - Mom to a 5 (almost 6) year old and engaged to one of the greatest men on earth
Jason - DF (Darling Fiance)
Connor - DS (Darling Son)
Dani - DS (Darling Sister) to Jason

We will be staying at Carribean Beach Hotel. Connor and I have not stayed there but Jason and Dani has. We selected the pirate rooms. Connor is going to have a pirate theme birthday this year and we have the pirates league set up for him. So thought the room would be perfect.

Agenda:
Sunday, May 27

• Arrive early into Orlando. Check into hotel and freshen up.
• Go to Hollywood Studios for Star Wars Weekend (Both Connor and Jason are huge fans of Star Wars)
• Lunch at Sci-Fi

Monday, May 28

• Go to Magic Kingdom
• Connor will dress up as Jake from Jake and the Neverland Pirates in the afternoon
• Dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table

Tuesday, May 29

• Go to Epcot
• Dinner at Teppan Edo in Japan

Wednesday, May 30

• Go to Animal Kingdom
• Lunch at Yak and Yeti
• Evening is open (Might go to Downtown Disney)

Thursday, May 31

• Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare
• Drive to Legoland and spend day there
• Dinner at Jiko for Jason and I. Connor and Dani will explore the pool at the hotel.

Friday, June 1

• Go to Hollywood Studios for Star Wars Weekend
• Dinner at Ohana's

Saturday, June 2

• Go to Hollywood Studios for Star Wars Weekend
• Dinner at Whispering Caynon Cafe

Sunday, June 3
Drive back home

Will keep everyone updated on how the trip is going.
