Default Using gift cards to pay for trip

Question about buying gift cards and using them as payment online. We have a grocery store chain that we get fuel perks from for buying gift cards, so we thought we might use them to pay for our upcoming trip. Online, is there a way to apply multiple gift cards to pay for your trip, or do you have to call? Or is it even possible (I was pretty sure that it is - but need to double check before I buy all the gift cards). I am not quite ready to do this yet, but just wanted to know for planning purposes. Thanks!!

It's possible. A local chain had .40 a gallon off per 100 in gift cards up to $1 a gallon off. Filled up for $2.66 a gallon last week!

We use Magical Journey's, so we don't have to call in. That said... I wouldn't use $25 cards rumor is Disney castmembers are not too fond of them.

Am I a huge disney fan? YOU BETCHA! I blame it all on my parents! They are the one's that walked around Disneyland all day to induce labor! Yep, I've been going to Disneyland since the day before I was born!

Yeah, I was thinking more along the lines of getting 2 $500 gift cards to just pay for the tickets for my family and use the remainder for food, etc. We won't be using Magical Journeys for the first time - since we're going to DLR and staying offsite.

We used them for our last trip to WDW. We just called, we had no problems at all.

Gift cards as payment for trip-that's possible. You can do a lot more things with gift cards, especially when it is activated. Be careful on getting a gift card. Con artists are everywhere. They are after your personal info. Gift scams these days also go by text messages. It’s an SMS phishing or “smishing” scam. It isn't the worst of gift certificate frauds, but it's far from safe.
