How long is the ride from Orlando International Airport to the cruise ships?

Wouldn't that be right down the BeeLine? It shouldn't be more than 45min(drive time) in my opinion -unless your including getting bags and car rental.

It's only about 45 miles using SR 528, which used to be called the "Beeline Expressway", but the name was changed a few years ago to the "Beachline" Expressway. Depending on traffic conditions, right around an hour, give or take 10~15 minutes.
