Smile What are the cheeses on the cheese plate at Chefs De France?

I'm hoping that my Intercot friends can assist me one more time. I am looking to find out what are the exact cheeses that are served on the Chefs De France cheese plate.
DW and I have been missing one of our favorite appetizers.
I want to surprise her with a little taste of WDW!

    1) Our cheeses were:
    . . . wedge of Chaumes cheese
    . . . wedge of Brie cheese
    . . . wedge of Gruyere cheese
. . . small drum of Goat cheese
    2) With a bottle of wine, easily serves two.
    3) Maybe three if one drinks enough.
    4) Drink heavily, and it will serve four nicely.

    I like your thinking!

    Cool

    Thank you Mr. Scupper!
The only two that I remembered for sure, were the Brie and Gruyere.
With the cheeses, fresh Baguette and a bottle of wine, we'll be set!
