Has anyone spent the day at Paradise Cove? How was it? Was it worth the $$$?

    Ummm, OK, I'll bite.

What's "Paradise Cove", and what does it have to do with Disney? I've honestly never heard of it.

The only mention I can find of Paradise Cove is a water park but that is quite some distance from Disney World??

Paradise Cove is at Sea World. It's more exclusive than a waterpark. You can swim with the dolphins and other things that you can't do at a regular water park.

Sorry, I have never gone, but I do know someone who did and they loved it. It is expensive, but they said it was worth it. Very relaxing.

I think you mean Discovery Cove. We've done it and absolutely LOVED it! It's not cheap, but my D did the "trainer for the day program and it was great. the rest of us Swam with the Dophins (it's quite short, but worth it) and spent the rest of the day swimming, snorkeling, and enjoying the other exhibits (birds, sting rays, tropical fish pond) and laying on the beach. All food is included, and it has a nice "exclusive" feel- never crowded, fresh towels every time you turn around, lovely shower rooms with all the toiletries provided (to prevent toxic chemicals from coming in contact with the fish - they even give you their own sunscreen) etc.

Haha, I didn't even catch that. Yes, I am assuming that is what the OP is talking about, especially since they mentioned the $$$$$.

We did it last month and it was amazing! For $270 we got to do the dolphin swim, snorkel with the fish and sting rays, float on the lazy river, feed the birds in the aviary and the have unlimited breakfast, lunch snacks and drinks/ alcoholic beverages. To top it off it comes with a 14 day pass to Seaworld! Well worth the money! It was soooooo awesome!
