Which would you recommend for 4 adult siblings?

There's really no comparison between moderate rooms and a DVC villa! The villa is far superior in terms of amenities and space. You'd have a kitchen and dining room in addition to sleeping areas. I vote 100% Kidani.

Do Kidani 1br villas have 2 bathrooms like BLT? If not that may be a factor in favor of 2 rooms at POR. But I agree with the previous poster about how nice it is to have a full kitchen and dining area.

Are they opposed to sharing the same bed?

No. We do not mind sharing a king sized bed.

I may be in the minority here but I would go for the two rooms at POR. At least there are real beds and everyone would have their own bed. You would also have two bathrooms at POR. Unless you are going to cook you own meals I would take the rooms at POR. We stayed in a one bedroom villa with three adults and a child and we felt we could have slept better in two seperate rooms.
