I have been studying all of the available pictures of AoA from Disney and I don't think they have enclosed hallways. What they have is a building design with exterior hallways on only one side of the building. The suites run the full depth of the building, unlike the regular Value buildings which have rooms facing both directions and a common wall down the center of the building dividing the two halves.
I can't find the Intercot pictures on Twitter but are basing my conclusion solely based on official Disney Blog pictures. Of course I could also be dead wrong.
I pointed that out a while back. Seeing them in person, I think that even more...

I believe the plan is to have the buildings with suites have interior hallways, whereas, the buildings housing standard single rooms will have exterior hallways, like all the other Values....
One of these days, I WILL post the pics I took over the wall at the end of the Generation Gap Bridge back in September.....

I think the last two links from PopPhan give us our answer, it appears Buttercup is right!
Those last two pics, IMHO, clearly show an interior hallway running down the center of the building separating the two halves, thus giving the suite buildings interior corridors that spill out onto the stairs at the end of each building.
