Didn't quite know where to post this but this felt right so here goes

I just returned from 6 nights at riverside
1) Thanks to Terrisue for her great service
2) Crowds felt almost like summertime mostly due to Brazilians but not in a annoying way
3)1st trip to Ohana - it was great and worth every penny
4)1st time for Yehaw Bob - he was great but I was a little put off by the front of the room being taken up by regulars (I would guess CM's)
5)Busses........had to wait an hour thursday at close of DHS with no busses arriving --probably 300 people waiting in line -- all other lines appeared to be close to empty -- maybe they were just picking on me
6) MNSSHP Friday night was a zoo -- did not even bother going to parade 2nd time -- too crowded to enjoy -- I can't believe this party was not sold out by the size of the crowd -- lines were short though -- had the door closed in my face at caseys at closing time even though they were still serving inside -- my fault for waiting but also frustrating since the food court at POR was already closed -- wound up eating cheese and crackers that I had stashed in my room -- I did get in shortly after 4 though
7)Fantasyland looks like it is really coming along and will be great
8)It was Hot and a few love bugs were spotted
9)I really like the automated ordering systems at Captain Cooks and Contempo Cafe -- sure beats giving your order to someone who does not speak your language.
10) I wanted to comment so many times - If your baby is crying at 10 am - it is going to be a long day

I don't want to complain too much -- I really had a great time all week and can't wait to go back after all -- but just wanted to share my experiences

Wow, we were there the same time!

We ate at Boma Thursday night so took a bus to HS to get back to resort. I too was wondering about the bus situation. The bus for French Quarters sat next to us (#4 bus stop-remained empty) while the line for Riverside continued to grow.

Caught a first time glimpse of Yehaw Bob. I wasn't aware of his entertainment presence. We'll have to schedule that for next time.

Were you there this past Friday night (the 23rd)? If so, I must be in an alternate universe. You are the second person I've seen mention how crowded it was. I didn't get that feeling at all.

I agree about the automated ordering kiosks. Very convenient.

I guess maybe I was just spoiled by last year -- the crowd seemed to be twice as large as last year this week.
