Recent Celeb Sighting

Know this topic has been done before, but had to share on the last day of our visit in June we saw both Scottie Pippen and Kobe Bryant at the Magic Kingdom. These were my 1st celeb sightings and we go evey year. I was so excited especially because I am a HUGE Chicago Bulls fan. We got pics of both...it was awesome!

but seriously last trip i saw Ashley Tisdale, not a big deal to me, but my sister loved it.

at DL a few years ago i saw a lot of NBA players. some sort of event was going on.

My sister saw Kobe, too. She was staying at the Polynesian and she thought he was staying there, too. She also got a free upgrade from garden view to Hawaii MK view, so she was a pretty lucky girl this time. Her previous celeb sighting was Steven Tyler in Epcot, years ago.

I saw Maria Schriver.... About 5 years ago at Disneyland. Arnold wasn't with, but their kids were. They had a ton of security.

The very first time I was at WDW (89) we saw Mary Lou Retton filming something.

My first celeb sighting was Michael Phelps the year he won all of those Gold medals...they had a coming home parade in MK.

Last April, my friends and I saw Jason Earls (Jackson from Hannah Montana) walking around with some of his friends in Dowtown Disney...and he was nice enough to take a picture with us!

I am convinced I saw Anne Hathaway in DS on 7/5, but I am terrible at spotting celebs, so my wife was easily able to convince me to not make a fool of myself by asking.

Sometime around 2006 Neil Patrick Harris and his crew were in the car behind me on test track. My ex g/f who use to work at DCA has seen countless celebs. From those that I can remember...she's seen Miley Cyrus, Travis Barker, John Schneider (Dukes of hazzard) , Brenda Song, and Hayley Williams to name a few. Celebs like us love Disney too

About four years ago i was eating at Yachtsman Steakhouse with a friend who is a VIP tour guid in DHS. When going in the resturant she saw one of her co workers there that was showing around Tobey Keith. Well be hold our tables was right next to theres. So I got to meet Tobey Keith and take a picture with him. Real nice guy

The day after the marathon (this past January) I saw Dan O'Brien (the decathalete Olympian) in the World Showcase.

I saw Joey Fatone riding in his own private Safari car in December. Managed to get a picture of him!

We saw Barry Bonds and his family at Boma on New Year's Day at the breakfast buffet. My DH was behind him at the omelet bar; when he came back to the table he quietly pointed him out to us. About 10 minutes later other people in the dining room started noticing and taking his picture.

I was standing next to Angela Bassett in an exhibit at EPCOT several years back. She gave me a look that said don't even talk to me. She was really rude. But she might have been scared being in a big group of people even with her group of friends or employees. I probably wouldn't have said anything except say hi but her frosty look shocked me.

Seen several Disney channel stars but don't know the names. fun to see the Tweens reaction to them.

Saw Mary Tyler Moore a few years back. She was at MGM to put her hand prints in front of the theatre.

I saw Joe Paterno eating ice cream from the Main Street Ice Cream Parlor. He was sitting by the water at Main Street's end with his entire family, looking for some quiet time.

Okay, I'm not typically awe-struck by celebrities, but that would have impressed me. I love Weird Al!

Only celebrity I can remember seeing at WDW was Carlos Ponce from 90210 and 7th Heaven. Not tremendously impressive, but what can I say?

A few years ago,we had dinner at the Yachtsman Steakhouse and sat at a table next to Mariah Carey. She had a large group with her and Disney staff hovered around her constantly. It was a great trip as we got upgraded to the Steeple Chase Suite (Presidential Suite) at the Boardwalk!

On our honeymoon back in 2007, my wife and I were at Wolfgang Puck Cafe in DTD and Michael J. Fox and his family sat at a table right next to us. The place was packed, but nobody bothered him. There were two CM's with them, but everybody just left him alone and went about their business. It was nice that he was able to enjoy himself with his family.

I agree! I have seen him two years in a row at the Playboy Mansion...if you think hes disgusting at a family friendly place like WDW...well, you can only imagine how disgusting he was at the Mansion!! OMG.
