Express Pass

My family and I are going to Universal Studios in July for 2-days during our Disney trip. I was wondering if spending the $55.99 on express passes is worth the extra cost? Were going July 13 & 14 so it will be in the middle of the week, so I don't know if that will have an impact on the crowd level. But if it not worth the extra $250 total I don't want to waste the money.

The Express Pass is worth its weight in gold IF YOU STAY AT THE RESORTS. Otherwise, the one you purchase is only good for each ride once. If you only want to ride them once, then purchasing it may be best. However, if you have to buy multiple tickets, a room is probably cheaper anyway.

Literally, I rode rides several times while passing the same people in line. One example was Cat in the Hat. We passed a family 4 times. The last time the father asked how we kept going to the front. They had a 20 minute wait while we rode 4x with no delay.
