international walkway open for p.m. EMH?

During our stay in November, we're planning to eat at Kouzzina (at the Boardwalk) one night and then walk over to Epcot for EMH.

However, I can't remember if that's doable once the park closes and EMH opens for the evening. In other words, are you only able to enter Epcot from the front (turnstyles) if you're coming in for the EMH after the park has officially closes? Or can you still use the walkway?

Yes, you can do that. That's the only way in for the guests staying at all five Epcot resorts, so it operates the same hours as the front turnstiles.
