    Question free dining upgrade

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldnt find it. If you get free dining and are staying at a value resort can you pay the difference and upgrade to the basic dining plan instead of the quick service? TIA!

It is nice to know that you can do this!! We did for our August trip, staying at the Pop. With going during value season, and getting the meal plan for a few bucks a day, made our vacation affordable, we extended it, and added the waterpark option recently.

Disney got MORE money out of me!!!
