I just realized that I may have limited this discussion by the question itself; if there's an 'adult beverage' that is a 'must have' in one of the resorts; please feel free to add those as well - try to keep it on the monorail if possible - trying to find a way NOT to have to drive after enjoying an evening like this. Thanks!

Well, in THAT case..
The Lapu Lapu, at Poly (Tambu Lounge).
Myers rum and tropical juices served in a pineapple and topped with Bacardi 151. Ohh, yeah.

AND, if you can get through the first one , you can 'reuse' your pineapple and get a refill for about 1/2 price. Can't remember the exact numbers.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME, MEL? I don't know that we've ever got the "cut rate" for subsequent ones (just our TiW discount). I'm going to have to check on this in July, as there is never just one!
Obviously, a Lapu Lapu is highly recommended, as is the Grand Marnier Orange Slush.

LOL! Not kidding girlfriend! MNNHFLTX and I discovered this gem a few months ago on a girls only weekend.
I think it was about $7-8 for the refill, with the original being $12-13. Told ya I can't remember the exact specifics.

This means I can get three and not feel guilty about the $$$ I'm spending on my beverages here!

Now you are REALLY speaking My Language!
You are talking about my two favorite activities in Disney World DAWS (Drink Around the World Showcase) and MDaT (Monorail Drink-a-Thon). I've already shared my favorite DAWS beverages, but you've opened a whole new world with MDaT!
* Start in Fort Wilderness - Crockett's Tavern is charming, and we love grabbing a cocktail and sitting on the front porch - great people watching! While they don't have a specialty drink I can recommend, they made a pretty good Pina Colada.
* Head to Wilderness Lodge on the boat - We love the Territory Lounge. I think they make great martinis!
* Jump on the next boat that comes (we prefer the one that goes to Contemporary because they are less crowded and you don't have to fight Magic Kingdom crowds, but either will work). We usually go next to Polynesian (but this is not firm - pick where you want to watch the fireworks!). The Tambu Lounge has the best appetizers and drinks. We like the Backscratcher, Lapu Lapu, and the Island Sunset.
* Head over to Grand Floridian. Our favorite lounge is Mizner's. When we sit at the bar, we always find fun people to talk to, and the bartender is great. She makes a great Manhattan.
* Finally, we head to California Grill in the Contemporary for fireworks. Usually we just do wine here, but I remember having a great Washington Apple Martini once...
Regardless of what you drink, you will definitely have a great time!

I do love the margeritas in the new tequilla bar, but years ago in the Italy pavillion, they were serving a peach/prosecco drink. I don't know if they still serve it, but YUM!
It went down easily.

We love touring the countries...by both food and drink!
The Grand Marnier Slushie in France is a must-do every trip! We love the new tequila bar in Mexico as well....get a tequila flight. They are amazing! You get 3 different shots of high end sipping tequila and its a great way to experience some wonderful tequilas! We must have a pint or 2 in the UK....I prefer Stella and my hubby likes Bass. Japan has some great beer as well.
Unfortunately, America is the only place we don't stop for food or drink! Personally I think the American pavilion is a huge letdown with their food and drinks! Really....hot dogs are the best we can do in America?? Where's the great southern food, BBQ, etc...sorry, I digress!
p.s. after reading the thread, I can't wait to try a Lapu Lapu at Poly!

my dw loves the peach drink there.coming from the peach state & living in an area with thousands of acres of peach trees we know our peach flavor and this is right on the mark!

Here are a few memorable ones I've had in Epcot:
Epcot:
- La Cava del Tequila: I had a great pineapple margarita there.
- France: Champagne from the booth or a wine flight inside.
- Italy: The peach bellini.
- China: I had a mango ginger vodka smoothie drink – really good!
Also in DHS:
- Hollywood Brown Derby: The Manhattan is good!
- 50s Primetime Cafe (at the Tune-In bar lounge): I had a Harvey Wallbanger -- when in Rome!

Okay, so many of you mention and recommend this....I must try next time I'm at Epcot. Maybe this weekend! Is it in the kiosk out front?

Yep! The wine kiosk, facing Les Chefs De France.

Oh man I forgot one! The Sparkling Dessert Wine in Italy. Just kills it. Incredible taste. It's light. Amazing.

Yes, Mel, the kiosk is right across from Les Chefs...There are a few tables between the Wine kiosk and the Crepes kiosk that are good venues for watching Illuminations.
We try to get there early enough to get seats at one, but that generally means a few Slushies will have to be imbibed.....Ah, the price you pay for a decent view and a seat!!
