Value resort pools...Are towels available?

Did a search here on Intercot, I wanted to find out if the Value Resorts (All Stars specifically) had towels AT the pools. What did I find out? Some folks said yes they do and others said no they don't !
If anyone has been there recently and can let me know the truth, I would greatly appreciate it!

We just stayed at all All Star in Feb. They do not provide towels at the pool. You can take your room towels and ask housekeeping for extra.

Yep! It's BYOT ( bring your own towel ). You can get extras for the room from room service.

We had to bring towels from our room to the pool at Pop Century. They had little notices in the room about it.

Last week they were leaving carts of towels in front of the elevators all night - assuming for people to take to the pools. It was busy, so maybe they got tired of being called to replenish room towels. You can also go directly the front desk and ask for them in the lobby - they keep them behind there as well.

We just returned and found that there were not any towels at the pools. It was hit or miss, mostly miss to find any unattended towel carts in the All Star Sports while we were there.

What we learned to do was upon arriving at our room, call and ask for an extra set right away. Sometimes it would take a while to receive them and if we wanted to do to the pool right away, we would come back to find a set ready for us to dry off with after our shower. It's nothing like taking a shower and having to dry off with a cold, wet, chlorine smelling towel....
